Since I live in a different state and didn't know what the Maine real estate market was like at the time Geoff was very helpful and knowledgeable coming up with a list price based on the current market. Geoff went above and beyond helping us purchase our first home. He negotiated a better deal for us when the home inspector found a few issues, and even helped us shovel snow and dig up frozen ground. He drove more than 2 hours both ways to show us the house we wanted to see and even helped move furniture the sellers left behind.
