His communications were always proactive and informative, and he was not above rolling up his sleeves and doing the work right along-side us when necessary. He negotiated a better deal for us when the home inspector found a few issues, and even helped us shovel snow and dig up frozen ground. He drove more than 2 hours both ways to show us the house we wanted to see and even helped move furniture the sellers left behind. He's a great person and extremely helpful, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. He even got the images of the home we purchased removed from the internet when we asked!

Moving here from out of state, Geoff provided us with expertise on good areas to look, and we relied heavily on him for his knowledge of Maine real estate processes and overall knowledge. Since I live in a different state and didn't know what the Maine real estate market was like at the time Geoff was very helpful and knowledgeable coming up with a list price based on the current market. We were able to sell the house a lot higher than I expected. Geoff was very helpful with any questions Ihad and because I live in a different state he helped me out by selling items from the house and cleaned out the house for me which was fantastic. I would recommend using Geoff Crain because he made the whole process during my stressful time very easy.
