I used Geoff Crain as a real estate agent to sell my parents' house in Westbrook after they passed away. Since I live in a different state and didn't know what the Maine real estate market was like at the time Geoff was very helpful and knowledgeable coming up with a list price based on the current market. We were able to sell the house a lot higher than I expected. Geoff was very helpful with any questions Ihad and because I live in a different state he helped me out by selling items from the house and cleaned out the house for me which was fantastic. Geoff went above and beyond helping us purchase our first home. He negotiated a better deal for us when the home inspector found a few issues, and even helped us shovel snow and dig up frozen ground. He drove more than 2 hours both ways to show us the house we wanted to see and even helped move furniture the sellers left behind. He's a great person and extremely helpful, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. He even got the images of the home we purchased removed from the internet when we asked!

I was living in MA and relocating to ME and he always made time for me and worked around my availability. If I had a question he got back to me right away. As I was new to Maine, he explained the process very clearly and was able to answer all my questions. In a matter of weeks, I made an offer and bought my condo in Old Orchard Beach and couldn't be happier.
